With the recent opening of the cajun restaurant Roux Dat in the Octagon Building of Abbott Square Market a Mardi Gras celebration was in order.

The Open Heartstrings performed cajun and zydeco standards that got a crowd to their feet. Here the Americana band performs Eunice Two Step (Two Step de Eunice) originally recorded by Amédé Ardoin with fiddler Denis McGee in 1929.
